Great doctor. He really cares for his patients. He has treated my kids on several occasions.

We ended up leaving!! We waited two hours and still would had been waiting. I understand if a doctor has emergency or a difficult case that puts him behind. This is why the manager of the office should call ahead at appts to let them know if they would like to reschedule. No! the office staff wouldn’t tell us how many we had in front of us after a hour waiting. Which is a lie, I worked at a doctors office and staff knows the schedule. That’s how you operate!! Finally we had enough and said we are leaving.Then they all of a sudden know that there are three in front of us, when they didn’t know a hour before. Simply slack to say the least! The waiting area was hot and full of people that were tired of waiting in the heat. They are definitely not practicing covid safety. I thought this doctor would had been good to see my child, but if he and the staff don’t care about patients waiting then this is not a good place to take your child. Dr. Gilpin and staff are very caring. They met my son for the first time and treated him like family. My son and I left feeling happy and welcomed.

Our daughter broke her foot this past autumn. Our entire experience from start to finish was amazing. All of the staff that we encountered were exceptional. I'd just like to say thank ya'all so very much for being so great with our daughter.

He treated my son a few years ago with a serious fracture of femur as a competitive swimmer and he returned to competitive swimming in record time. Has been a great friend of family ever since. We love Dr. Gilpin and y'all are so fortunate to have a juvenile orthopedic surgeon of his caliber and bedside manner.

My daughter fell over the weekend and broke her arm!! Dr. Gilpin's office worked us in to their already busy schedule !! We did have to wait about 2 hours to see the doctor!! The entire staff was wonderful and treated my daughter like a member of the family!! They explained every step of the process to us! Dr. Gilpin was amazing with her as well!! After waiting three hours to see him he told me he didn’t have a crystal ball when I asked him a question. Wow. I had heard good things about him but I was so disappointed in the way I was treated. I won’t be back.

Great place to take your child my son loved it Dr.Gilpin was very nice treated my so like he was his on and the staff was very friendly I would recommend this place to any one great experience wish there was more like him.

Hands down the best pediatric orthopedic surgeon! I have 100% confidence in his decisions and his staff is wonderful. Dr Gilpin was my daughters surgeon in 2015 and we’ve seen him for not only follow up care, but other injuries as well.

Getting an appointment with this office has been an absolute nightmare. It does not matter if you are an established patient, you still have to wait months and months for an appointment. I called to re-schedule my daughters appointment because of the road closures because of Hurricane Florence. It is going to take us over two more months to get an appointment and we have been waiting three months. If you need to be schedule regular appointment for a condition, don't waste your time.

Dr. Gilpin is a caring, compassionate doctor! Great with kids - he's very knowledgeable and we love his humor.

LOVE EVERYTHING about Dr. Gilpin!!! Great personality, very blunt and honest and he bond/ cut jokes VERY well with the kids like he's known them forever!

Great pediatrics orthopedic. He is fabulous with the children and his staff is also. I would recommend him to everyone. Words can't explain how great he treated my son and I when my son had to have surgery. ????????????????????????????????????????

Great pediatric orthopedic . I would recommend him to everybody . Him and his staff are excellent with the children. He did a fabulous job on my son surgery and a wonderful job explaining the procedure afterwards .

Excellent Doctor and Staff!

AWESOME DOCTOR AND STAFF!!! VERY CARING AND HE SHOWS THAT HE GENUINELY CARES ABOUT THE CHILD. WE REALLY NEED MORE DOCTORS LIKE DR. GILPIN AND HIS WONDERFUL STAFF!!!

Absolutely the best Pediatric Orthopedic dr. & surgeon. He has been taking care of my daughter since 2012 & she has received the best care through him compared to the medical university. He is on top of the issue, compassionate, loves his patients, and very knowledgeable. At a time when we left the medical university orthopedic dept. feeling doom & orthopedic issues would get worse, he provided positive insight & made her feel better! Very positive physician!
