Dr. Dabbah is one of the most caring plastic surgeons that I have ever met. His bedside manner is so amazing as he truly listens and cares about everything you tell him. I cannot recommend Dr. Dabbah, his office manager, and staff high enough! I will never go to anyone else regarding any type of plastic surgery!

Dr. Dabbah operated on me on Monday to remove a large mass in my back. He also operated on my daughter several years back. I am a retired Fire Marshal/ Chief Officer and have helped people for the past 32 years because I always wanted to make a difference in peoples lives. I can tell this doctor is the same way... he is not all about the money he is a true professional and treats you like his own family member. People like him are hard to find, its no wonder why he is the best you can get to help you. It is funny but most great doctors have very bad staff, its unusual to find great staff with a great doctor but in this office you get both. I saw Dr. Dabbah for nose reconstruction after Mohs surgery. It was a very difficult reconstruction due to the location that affected my nostril and the severity of damage left behind after the Mohs procedure. A part of my nose was cut out and it looked like it would never be able to be repaired to look like it did before. Well fast forward to only 4 weeks after the nose reconstruction with Dr. Dabbah, my nose looks phenomenal already and it’s not even done healing yet. I am beyond grateful and so happy with the results. You can’t even tell that anything was done and my nose looks exactly like it did before, possibly even better because of the basil cell carcinoma damage prior to all of this. Recently had a basal cell carcinoma removed from my shoulder. I am a practicing plastic surgeon and I chose Dr Dabbah out of all of my peers to perform the operation on me. I was refferred to Dr. Dabbah by my dermatologist, as I was in need of serious removal of cancerous cells from my calf. At first glance I was hesistant to work with him, because I thought he was only cosmetic plastic surgeon. My Dermatologist insisted that I go meet him, and it was the best thing I ever did,. Dr. Dabbah and his staff were amazing, they put me at ease, and did a terrific job. Pre op and surgery went very well, and the Doctor even went out of his way post op to call me from his vacation. My initial contact from making my appointment to My greeting by the staff made me feel at ease and Comfortable. Dr. Dabbah was very professional. He went over my history, examined me and then explained in detail how we would proceed with my particular situation. But then at five o’clock that night I received a phone call from Dr. Dabbah. He then explained how after I left his office later that afternoon as he went over my records and found I had just had a cat scan in December (which is what he wanted me to have) proceeded to tell me that he would see if that would give him exactly what he needed to see and therefore I would NOT have to have another scan. Needless to say I thanked Dr. Dabbah as a new patient for going over and beyond just to assure his determination of diagnosis for me. And his comment was I do this for all my patients. Dr. Dabbah removed a large melanoma from my nose. I had feared that I would be left with a noticeable scar. Dr. Dabbah did an amazing job and you can barely tell that there was a large "crater" that he covered up. Besdies his skillful hands, Dr. Dabbah is also a fabulous person. He explains everything so that you will understand what is happening to you. His intelligence and expertise are evident as he answers whatever questions you may have. This is my third time dr Dabbah will do surgery on me, not cosmetic surgery but related to skin cancer . Dr Dabbah is an outstanding person, doctor and surgeon . My husband has used him several times as well. He takes time with you, is knowledgeable and most of all, listens to the patient . My career requires that I interact with dozens of physicians in the Boca Raton area. This includes over two dozen plastic surgeons. And, while I am involved with the doctors on a daily basis, I do not work for them, report to them nor do they provide me with any business or revenue. When I recently decided to have a cosmetic procedure performed (which was not insurance related) I selected Dr. Dabbah to perform the surgery without hesitation. My interaction with Dr. Dabbah and his staff has always been enjoyable and professional. Presenting myself as a patient was even more satisfying. Dr. Dabbah was extremely sensitive to my concerns and especially accommodating to my schedule. His staff is very pleasant, efficient and professional. I was taken on time for each of my several appointments. Dr. Dabbah took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and what I should expect both post surgery and in the long term. He was honest and forthcoming regarding the discomfort, healing process, bruising and the final results I should expect. While he explained that I might have some pain and bruising, I had neither. I would describe the post surgical sensation as mild discomfort which was alleviated with Tylenol. The bruising was also extremely minor and confined to the surgical site and incision area. Absolute worst most surgeon, unprofessional, inconsiderate person. Removed 3 moles from 10 year old son's scalp. One year later I phoned his office to arrange appointment explained to receptionist (who also I believe was his wife) that his work healed horrible Leaving my son with 3 BALD Spots on his head that looked very bad and I wanted to please visit office and show the Doctor and see what could be done to make look better. He is a plastic surgeon after all.. She explained my insurance had changed and they didn't honor (the New Expensive) insurance plan I now had, so I'd have to PAY $85 to come show him problem. I humbly requested that she please speak with the Doctor and I'm sure he'd understand and make exception. She came back on phone very unpleasant. Despite trying to reason with her (and her husband explaining this was a follow-up visit regarding work that looked VERY BAR, and to see how it could be made better) they refused, insisting on an $85 payment for the visit. If I could do 0 stars, i would. My father had a biopsy & Skin graft. He got MRSA at the doctors facility. He went to the hospital after a fever and was very sick. By Thursday, he was burning up with a very hi fever and went to the hospital in the morning. We kept calling the Dr and he ignored us. He eventually told us to stop calling. The ER waited 8 hours for him to send an order to admit my father and that never came. He totally washed his hands of any responsibility, showed absolutely no compassion, and was negligent. It turned out that it was an Extreme case of MRSA picked up at his office. Eventually my father was admitted by the ER Doctor because Dr Dabbah refused to admit him and blew him off. He spent almost 2 months in hospital having to get skin grafts, put on heavy antibiotics and had to have another surgery to fix the damage Dr Dabbbah did to his leg. The Dr in Delray hospital told us he used the wrong tool on my dad and basically butchered his leg. He looks like he has been attacked by a shark on his leg. He almost died and after almost 2 months in hospital touch and go, then months of treatments to fix the damage Dr Dabbah did to his leg, its amazing he survived. Dr Dabbah never called one time to ask about him or make sure he survived. Dr Dabbah should lose his liscense. DO NOT GO TO HIM. You will regret ever going to this Dr. He is Negligent. Follow up: this doctor is lying through his teeth! My grandpa never fell, that is a complete and utter lie! He contracted mrsa in this doctors office and ended up suffering and withering in pain. He had to be hospitalized for 5 weeks to fight the infection he contracted in dr dabbahs office. Shame on you for lying instead of accepting responsibility Albert Dabbah! My grandfather went in for a simple skin graph and ended up in the hospital for 5+ weeks due to this doctor's actions, that he failed to take responsibility for. His office was rude and hung up on my grandmother several times, telling her not to call back again and "disturb them" while my grandpa was withering in pain in the ER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I requested a plastic surgeon to close the wound on my face after Mohs surgery. During my initial consultation Dr. Dabbah explained the nature of the surgery, the expected outcome and patiently answered my questions. His bedside manner was comforting and warm. I was immediately confident that I would receive the desired outcome. After one week my incision was barely noticeable. I am extremely happy with my outcome. Additionally, the office staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Dabbah was recommended by my dermatologist. I was quite concerned about surgery for a melanoma on my face, because I had had a poor result from basal cell surgery on my nose in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Dabbah was very caring, professional and patient. Ten days after surgery, my scar is hard to even see. Post-surgery I had no pain at all and am really amazed by how easy this surgery was. I would highly recommend Dr. Dabbah.

Miracle worker

My 19 year old daughter had an abnormal mole on her cheek that needed to be removed. From the first phone call to DR. Dabbah's office and her follow up appointments after her surgery, the doctor and his staff were caring, gentle and pleasant and made both my daughter and I feel comfortable in every step of the procedure. I highly recommend him and I think they are especially great with kids. The explanations were detailed and put in a way a young adult would feel comfortable and understand.
