Upon meeting Dr. Asante, I can tell that he is very knowledgeable and experienced with infertility. He was also very personable as well. We went through medical histories of myself and my husband. He then explained, in detail, the next steps and tests we will need to take in the next few weeks. After we receive the results, we will be meeting with him again to decide the path we need to take going forward. I am happy with the efficiency of him and his nurses, and also how responsive they are to calls and e-mails. We are both confident that Dr. Asante will help us to finally conceive a healthy baby and start our family.

I called to make an appointment and asked if someone spoke Spanish because it is easier for me and the receptionist told me no and to look elsewhere in a very rude way, she showed me the treatment they give to their potential patients I don't want to know anything From this place

Wonderful

Doctor Asante is a great doctor. A few friends referred me to him, and he has been nothing helpful, honest, and very caring. I look forward to working with him on my treatment plan.

I give it a 3 because I just had my first consult. Once I’m more involved I will rate it again. Dr.Asante seems very nice and attentive and answered all My questions. The Pateint care coordinator called me a few days later and I was able to get more questions answer. So far is good.

He was nice gave some good insight. Only thing is I wish he would gave have more options. Other than that he was great with recommendations

Takes time to really sit and listen to all of your concerns.

I feel as if Dr. Asante really listened to my concerns, provided more than just a diagnosis instead provided more about what I can do to manage it, created a plan, and kept it real and uncut with me. Often times I feel dismissed or only given the bare minimum but he gave me options and answered all of the questions I had.

So far our experience has been amazing. Dr. Asente is very professional as well has kind heart along with the rest of the team at CRM. Definitely takes the pressure of stress off me every time I step in the office.

Dr. Asante asked a lot of question which I appreciated because that shows that he’s being thorough. He also made sure to explain every step to me so that I had no questions once I finished my consultation and was ready to schedule my following appointments. First, I will say that Dr. Asante has been nothing, but amazing to us... His nurses on the other hand have been the worst I've ever dealt with. They messed up my whole process with assuming I didn't know what I needed to be scheduled for with a biopsy, so they ignored everything I said as if I had no clue what the process was. They argued with me multiple times over paperwork that we "had" to sign to be able to move forward, which had nothing to do with our transfer process at all. The billing department has been extremely unorganized and downright rude. Infertility is already stressful and mentally draining. They tell you to avoid stress at all cost. They've been the only thing that's caused me stress. If it weren't for Cyerra and Dr. Asante being so helpful (when you get the chance to talk or see them), we would have already moved our embryo. They have been nothing, but sweet, helpful and supportive. Prior to our last cycle, we did IVF twice with Dr. Jaffe and never had one issue with the nursing staff, or any staff member during such an emotional process. I understand that offices are understaffed and overworked right now due to the pandemic, but I feel like there's a way to treat patients that are already going through enough with the stress of not being able to conceive on their own. He is super nice and thorough. He answers all your questions and takes the time. 1000% recommended !!

It’s extremely hard to get in contact with the nurses. You cannot send an email through the portal to the nurse. They can only email you. I don’t believe that they understand the emotional roller coaster that we as patients go through. Over the phone they don’t have empathy or compassion.

Dr Asante is an awesome provider . He is very kind , attentive and has a very positive vibe . He answers all your questions and is very honest about everything you need to know . I would definetly recommend him.

I have been with Dr. Asante since April 2021. He has always listened and answered all my questions. He listens and takes what I want into consideration for best course of treatment. He is also very nice and caring in all of our encounters.

So far I only had one consultation with Dr. Asante but I like him. He was very friendly and calm. He answered all my questions in a nice way. Sometimes doctors make you feel stupid but Dr Asante was really nice.

Dr.Asante was attentive and friendly, and the staff has been friendly.

The visit went well, Dr.Asante is very pleasant and professional and I received a follow up call from Kylie, his nurse and she is very sweet. She explained well and answered all my concerns.

Everyone was extremely professional and careful. I barely had to wait to be seen by the doctor (Dr. Asante), who attentively took time to listen and answer all my questions. Definitely, visiting CRM was a great choice :)

We were referred to CRM by my OB and we were lucky enough to be scheduled with Dr. Asante. He is so caring, calm and confident in what he does. He always listened to my concerns and was willing to try anything I suggested. I am now pregnant thanks to his help and just “graduated” from CRM but we will miss seeing Dr. Asante and his team so much. I can’t recommend him or this facility enough!

Horrible front desk staff. Rude, uncompassionate, inflexible. “Call the scheduling center” is the only advice they can provide at the office, and when you call them, they’re just as dismissive of your concerns. Horrible, unacceptable treatment for a place that blasts its “compassion” as its motto.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Asante. He is truly the epitome of what every doctor should be. He is an incredible being and his bedside manner is wonderful. He helps you feel at ease even when you are going through something that is physically and emotionally draining. Dr. Asante lights up a room with his smile and just makes you feel comfortable. Anyone going through fertility struggles, I absolutely recommend you see Dr. Asante. Even if he is delivering not so good news, he makes you feel that everything is going to be alright and honestly gives you hope. My family and I adore him. Dr. Asante, WE LOVE YOU!! The staff was very professional, thorough, warm and welcoming. I felt very taken care of. After my procedure, I got check up calls to make sure I was doing alright. It was a great experience.

Dr. Asante was attentive and helpful. He listened to everything and gave us a wonderful first impression. We are greatly looking forward to working with him in the future.

Dr. Asante performed my egg retrieval and was so kind, caring and skilled. He was able to calm my very elevated nerves beforehand which meant so much! My procedure was under 15 minutes and I was in recovery with little to no pain thereafter and very nice results!
