I was very disappointed with the appointment, went in for emergency for my child . The Dr Allen Urbach didn’t even examine him by cleaning his teeth. He was acting as if he was scared and didn’t even inform us what our child was suffering from. “WAS A WASTE OF TIME”.

Dr. Alan Urbach is so great! He is patient and is great at giving parents a thorough explanation and options. Love the atmosphere in their dentist office. From the decor throughout to the staff and the service itself. Highly recommend!

For starters, I have an autistic child that can be kind of tricky to understand sometimes and can be a little unpredictable lol she has gone twice for dental work and we couldn’t be happier with the staff. They are highly knowledgeable with dealing with children/children with disabilities and truly put the best interest of each child FIRST. My daughter had a wonderful experience and looks forward to going back. Very rare to hear a child say that they want to go to the dentist. She said “ everyone is so nice to me there”. I feel really good about entrusting them with my children and the dental work itself is top tier. It looks like she had brand new teeth hehe & thanks to the kind lady at the front desk that gave my little brat a coin so she could get a bouncy ball. That made her day & she’s still smiling! Thank you all for you kindness and dedication to creating a safe and happy environment for all children. We appreciate you!

The doctor and hygienist were both great. They took time to help my daughter relax during her procedure. Doctor Alan has a great bedside manner. He is always patient and willing to listen and answer any questions we have.

I love this dentist. We have been coming here for 10 years. It is very family oriented and the staff is super knowledgeable. I love everything about this dental practice.

Very friendly staff and very patient with my shy 8 year old who dislikes whirring machine sounds. They have also been good about calling us to remind us of appointments and have been flexible when things come up.

They are good, but poor on communication. Watch your bill, they bill incorrectly.

I've been going to Urbach Pediatric Dentistry since I was a child. Now, at 48 years old I've been taking my 11 year old son. I will never go anywhere else! They have a splendid dentistry staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Most of all, I love how diverse the staff and fellow patients are. That speaks volumes about the culture and climate of the organization. They have exceeded 5 stars! I am grateful for your exemplary work ethic! ???? ????
