He told me all my foot problems were due to a very high arch, I ordered a high arch support from amazon, its amazing what a difference it made, I can wear some of my wee shoes with no pain.

Excellent same day care. My toe was so infected and painful that I thought about hacking it off myself… thankfully someone could get me in on the same day and took care of both toes at the same time. Both were ingrown and had been causing me a lot of issues, but when I couldn’t take anymore, thank goodness these folks took good care of me. Same day removal at a very fair price for such a specialty. Thank you Dr. Alan and ladies!!

Dr Shih removed part of an ingrown toenail with a local & experienced very little pain. The directions for care with the cleanser medicated ointment & wrap was thorough & I healed well in about 4 weeks. Still able to wear a shoe. Very efficient . I recommend he & his staff all the time. for feet issues.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Shih. I was greeted by the front office staff as soon as I walked inside. Check in process was quick. The doctors assistant was friendly as well. Dr. Shih did a thourough exam of both of my feet and suggested a treatment plan to help my foot function and help eliminate pain. Very happy with my visit today, and looking forward to having happy feet again!

Dr. Shih listened to my issues and agreed that I should take a "wait and see" position for now.

Dr. Shih always puts his patient’s needs at the forefront. He puts patients at ease and addresses their concerns. I always come away knowing that I have the right Physician in my corner. ????

Dr Shih is an amazing doctor and person - he’s down to earth, kind and provides the bedside manner that you don’t often receive now a days. Especially when dealing with a lifelong issue that’s embarrassing - he makes you feel at ease and taken care of.

I visit their office more than any other doctor. They make you feel comfortable and at home. Love the entire office staff. Dr. Shih is an expert. Very knowledgeable and kind. Cant wait for my next visit ????.

This office is a SCAM!! They are VERY concerned with what your insurance will pay and "prescribe" based on that. I went to another podiatrist and got the treatment I needed. Unless you want to be pushed into a lot of unnecessary "treatment", stay away from this office.

My feet were on fire. Legs on fire! Crawling nerves sensations in my toes and legs. Veins were popping up looked black. I could hardly drive my cars. Just miserable and so ugly it was freaking me out. I went to Hangar got some rediculous stockings ouch and they cut off my circulation and added to my misery. I went to a "Foot so called specialist" for a year. Bought all his expensive creams, soothing socks which felt clammy, ugh! Didn't wear them tho. Then had two leg vein circulation sonograms and more blah blah blah. They said my veins are great. Then all Drs and tests said there was nothing they could do. Well i got busy and decided one medicine i was taking might be too much. Heart Dr Mukabury agreed. I stopped it. Then got my awesome wife to massage my feet vigorously every day. Hot foot baths. But i kept looking for another approach. After also taking various nerve regenerator pills on the web I found finally found Dr Shih. He sounded like he had a plan to help feet no matter what the problem was. He was confident, charming and pleasant but in a natural way. And he seemed to know every nerve in the feet. I saw a piece on Morning show Tucson and I decided that he had modern, innovative pain stopping techniques. I was lucky to get in To see him because my feet were a mess and were killing me. My regular RedWing work shoes hadnt fit in a year due to the swelling. But Dr Shih spent a long time hearing all my efforts and failures to restore and rescue my very important feet. Then i noticed he had 4 syringes in his Dr shirt pocket. He got a black marker out and started pushing down between the bones in my feet and I really jumped from the pain bigtime! Ouch!! But he marked some dots on both feet and out came a pressurized can of freezing cold and the syringe executedly entered where he sprayed. Woooooooo it was an out of this world sensation but it was exactly what i was looking for. A very innovative approach to fixing these horrible feet when others just told me to get used to it Well it's been about a year now and i only go when i have to have a booth. at an expo and be standing. Today he said I hadn't been in since August! Wow I didn't realize it had been so long and my feet keep improving so much. I'm now at about 80-90% improved. I’m hoping for some improvements, but so far I’ve not seen any improvement, but it hasn’t gotten any worse.
