Best dental experience I ever had.friendly and understanding staff

Aside from the staff being friendly, this was the worst medical experience I have ever had. U usually don’t take time out to review my dental experiences but I wish I had seen a true review before wasting my time and money here. I just moved to Maryland so I’m not familiar with the area. I have a small cavity so I picked this place because it has 4 stars... but it doesn’t deserve its first off, when I walked in there were 4-5 staff members just standing around the desk area gossiping and chatting, which I thought was weird. But everyone seemed nice so I tried to be optimistic. the waiting area looks like your typical great grandmas house... literally. So then I go into the room and felt like I was in the 1970’s. Everything was outdated, the equipment was disgusting. The water nozzle that you use to rinse, was literally hanging on by duck tape. I was appalled at how unsanitary and gross everything was. Not to mention all of the equipment was rusty and looked dirty. Then when the dentist (who was nice but)... came in, he told me I had a small cavity and I can either let it be or get it filled. What kind of dentist tells you to let a cavity be as if it would ever get better? Anyways, I was going to let him fill it.. but once he asked his “assistant” “check to see if that’s still running” pointing to the dental tools.. I was like ok no I need to get out of here. Nothing was clean, and then I said I’ll just get a cleaning. The assistant didn’t wear gloves, had her hair down all in my face, and their idea of a teeth cleaning is a water flosser.. that’s it... I didn’t know I could have such a horrible experience. When I get my dentist bill I’m disputing it because it was a huge waste. If I wanted to clean my teeth with water I’d stick my mouth under the faucet. Staff members are super professional, courteous, approachable and friendly. Dr. Lemberg is awesome, knowledgeable and has a natural way of making patients feel at ease. I wish I could take the entire staff and put them in a more up to date and sanitary setting. Unfortunately, the equipment is very outdated and did not appear as clean as it should to make me feel comfy having work done on my mouth as I spent most of my time focused on clutter and areas that should be squeeky clean in an office as personal as a dentist where hands and equipment are touching the inside of mouths. had a great experience with them. Everyone was very polite and the service was great. There was no wait time and they got me in and out very quickly. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

I've been coming here for years and never had any problems.
