Waited initially over 1 hour as a new patient. Very arrogant individual.
I have had a horrible experience with this Dr. I came as a new patient several months ago thinking/hoping that I would have a professional experience and maybe get some answers as to my health. It wasn't anything that I would normally expect. I was first asked to undergo a few radiology procedures to determine/confirm prognosis. After waiting a couple of days to hear back from the Dr. with the results I had to inquire through the hospital web portal to find out what was going on. No phone call or discussion was initiated by the Dr. I subsequently was 'scheduled' several months later for a fairly routine surgical procedure that required anesthesia. Rather than receive a surgical visit packet I had to call the day before the procedure to find out the time, location, do's/don't's, etc. After returning home after the procedure I did NOT receive a call from: the Dr., nursing staff, surgical team member, etc. inquiring about the "care" I received. He is a poor reflection of Mercy Hospital.

Dr. Kusakabe provides a thorough examination. Explains his findings clearly in a way that the patient can understand. Explains all aspects of any procedure that may be needed so that the patient can make a well informed decision.
