Alan D Kritz

Dr. Kritz has been my doctor for 16 months and I am well pleased with him and his staff. They have met every need that I have had and have done so with a high degree of efficiency. They have addressed most of my needs before I was even aware of them. I have never been involved with a more efficient organization. Thank God for Dr. Kritz and all of his staff.

Dr Kritz might be a good Dr but the office people are terrible. They don’t return calls and if you get blood drawn there it’s a 400.00 dollar bill because it’s done through the hospital. My husband requested going to a lab before his treatments and after accepting him doing that for a few times, they decided that while he was waiting at a lab for over an hour for the office to send the lab the request , then tells my husband we will not do it anymore. This was a crucial health issue for my husband because he needed to go for an overdue treatment the next day , and now could not. Dr Kritz might be a good Dr but the office people are terrible. Dr Alan Kritz was part of a team of doctors who took care of me in 1990 in Memorial Sloan-Kettering he is one of the most compassionate doctors around helped me get through a very rough time had Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia I wouldn’t be here without his help. So glad to have found him on the internet. I was 30 years old with a 3 year old and a 3 month old. May God Bless you always! Dr. Kritz was my doctor at Dartmouth Medical Center when I was diagnosed with AML in 1993. Tomorrow, December 15th I will be celebrating with my family (including my two grandchildren) my 27th year after an Autologous Bone Marrow Transplant. Just days prior to that transplant, Dr Kritz suggested a chemotherapy treatment to replace the scheduled radiation treatment thatI was supposed to receive. Had he not continued to seek the best care for me, right up to my transplant date, I would not have been able to receive the necessary total body irradiation in 2003 that I needed for a successful unrelated donor bone marrow transplant. His care and compassion is above no other. The only time I was challenged to respect him was when my Dallas Cowboys beat his NY Giants and he did not keep his side of the deal that I could leave the hospital if the Cowboy’s won. Toda6 we go in for my daughter's 5 year anniversary. I can not tell you what those words your daughter has cancer did to me. It wasnt the first time i had heard the word cancer . Allen Kritz saved my sisters life 25 years ago stage 4 breast cancer and they were no where advanced as today. I knew as long as i trusted the lord and Dr Kritz my daughter was gonna be fine. Not only does he treat the cancer but he is compassionate, understanding, Alan kritz and Dr Berry. Are the two of the finest Dr ever. Thank you Dr Kritz... Dr. Alan Kritz was my mothers oncologist. She had stage 1 breast cancer that had not invaded the sentinel lymph node and she died of heart failure. The Herceptin destroyed her heart even though the drug manufacturer requires the prescribing physician to check for heart damage for the first 6 months. This was not done properly. She died about six months after starting the treatment. She finally refused at the end but, the damage was done. He's not qualified to treat breast cancer

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Kritz! He takes wonderful care of my husband, but treats me as well. He is the most gentle, kind, professional, thorough, knowledgable, and patient doctor that we have ever known! His optimism is contagious and we are blessed to have him!! Bill & Cyndee Graham
