Alan Hartstein

This office of Dr. Hartstein is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Hartstein is a very compassionate doctor in so many ways. He is a wonderful doctor with an awesome staff. I have had nothing but great experiences being a patient at this office. I would recommend this office to anyone who is seeking a physician and a staff who knows how to treat you like a person and not a number. Warmly, Erica Thomas

Dr Rockefeller shames and demeans people with diabetes. Do not go to him.

This is in reference to the practice in general and not the specific doctor. My mother had an appointment last week with with Dr. Xavier Sanchez, who I was told actually resigned last week. She had xrays and everything that indicated that she has advanced arthritis and is causing her a 10/10 pain. The purpose of this appointment that she paid for and depended on, was to find out why it was difficult for her to walk and determine treatment. It was also important for her to get paperwork filled out because her job makes her stand for her entire shift and she can barely walk the next day. They will not accommodate her without this paperwork. Unfortunately her insurance just changed and the doctor she saw resigned so I reached out to the office of the doctor he mentioned, Dr. Slater, in the same group. Now instead of them using the x-rays she had done less than a week ago, they are requiring a new appointment in order for her to get this paperwork filled out and pay a new copay to do so, just to get paperwork filled out for her to get some relief in order tow work. This doesn't feel ethical. Her insurance just changed, she has an HMO plan and now needs referrals but she also works all the time. This is not reasonable for her. I'm confused why a new appointment is needed to document records that were acquired less than a week ago, just for accommodation paperwork to be completed. Very friendly very professional Highly recommended

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences with Dr Hartstein. I broke my ankle 6 weeks ago and his office got me right in after the ER and he has been so nice and so informative of my case and progress. His bedside manner is awesome and him and his staff have really put me at ease and made a hard situation better for me. Would not have legs if it wasn't for him and the wound center, my first Dr. Retired he was a general surgeon. Dr. Hartstein was my mom's Dr. Then luckily mine for past 30 years

I found Dr. Hartstein through the internet and read the reviews and the rest is history. His staff is wonderful gave me an appointment the same day . Dr. Alan is friendly and knew exactly what to do from the time I left my house it took less than a hour and half . Thank you Doc and your staff

Dr Hartstein is the most AMAZING DR ..He is the kind of DR EVERYONE HOPES FOR .I "met" Dr Hartstein in the ER with Osteomyelitis and needed an immediate toe amputation.His caring,professional bedside manner took alot of the terror away..I have had 4 surgeries since , due to Diabetes issues.. I wish I didnt have these issues, but there is no other Dr I would want to treat me.GOD bless this wonderful individual and his amazing staff !

Dr. Hartstein is the kind of physician that we need more of, his bed side matters are so gentle, i will be referring him to family, and friends, and his staff is outstanding all i can say is keep up the good work. Anna Pendleton

Dr Hartstein is an awesome Dr. Very caring, compassionate and all around good person besides being a great Dr. I won't go anywhere else! He always listens and addresses my concerns which is very important having Diabetes!

Went to see Dr Harstein for an exam with a foot issue. Over two weeks later no call back with results of tests. Called in to office and nobody could help me. They said the dr needed to give results. Never heard from dr after leaving messages with his front office in West Palm location. Not good!
