With debilitating low back pain I called Dr. Cooper for help. The Covid19 outbreak restricted me from an office visit and despite having never been his patient, he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, diagnosing my issue and suggesting at-home procedures to alleviate my pain and heal. 1 day of following his suggestions I was better. This is not a review of the doctor himself, rather a review of the practice or maybe receptionist scheduling. I've called with issues twice now, asking to be seen the same day. I am asked if I am a current patient, because I am not the earliest appointment they offer me is 2 days away. I find this laughable and unacceptable for a chiropractor. Don't bother calling here if you're in pain and need some immediate relief. Better off elsewhere. Dr. Cooper is an excellent doctor. He is kind and compassionate. I have always felt comfortable under his care, and highly recommend him if you find yourself needing some chiropractic help.

Not only is Dr. Cooper a swell guy, with great office music, but he fixes your problem. I had a nasty let pain that made driving very uncomfortable. For a number of months, he kept trying stuff until finally one treatment made it disappear. Then he gave me the tools to do it myself. I can drive without pain now.
