Office staff doesn't do what they claim and doesn't call when they say they have called. Patient forms are a joke in a world of internet forms - have to print them out, fill them out by hand, and then scan them back in to send them to the doctors staff. Staff is unhelpful and non-responsive. Keep asking the same questions over and over when nothing has changed from one visit to the next regarding insurance and other personal information. Dr doesn't even have time to see patients - wait six weeks for an office visit, but end up with a phone call and told to just keep doing what I've been doing. No suggestions or explanations as to what is happening or why it is happening. Claims what I am telling him and feeling isn't possible or happening, yet I've been experiencing this many times in the past and for the period in question. Don't waste your time find someone else and a practice that cares about the patient instead of money as their first priority. Would not be surprised to see this practice on the news very soon for malpractice and other legal medical problems.
