He is an extraordinary doctor.????????????????????????

while I like his work and he assisted in my transplant (did the surgery on my donor) and corrective surgeries (bile leak) I really struggled with his bedside manner. There was once when he came to see me and I was walking and he started asking me personal questions (care wise) in the hall. I felt it was unprofessional so I said something like I would rather talk in the room. I was out of breath from walking. He got offended very easily and when dealing with patients in that kind of pain they have a right to be concerned where their lives are concerned. Again great surgeon and was even very personable in the beginning but I really felt after he had you under his knife his follow up care could be much better. He did do a great job and taken care of my live donor and that is ultimately what is important. I just didn't like the stress of his errogance.

Dr. Moss was kind, professional and spoke directly in regard to my needs. I would reccomend him to anyone who needs his type of specialty.

Dr. Moss is the best in Living Liver transplant. His #1 priority for my husband as a patient was making sure that he would not have any complications. He did not have complications and the process was a joy. The entire staff at the Mayo Hospital was all very attentive. Dr. Moss is the best surgeon for Liver Transplants. His bedside manner is great. He is easy to talk to and he explains until we understand.

Dr. Moss did such an amazing job and I thank God for this amazing surgeon that took such good care of me when it came tine for my transplant. I remember waking up after surgery and seeing him standing over me to let me know that he was happy with the new liver he transplanted me with and also wanted to wish me the best and that he was off for his vacation. God Bless him always!
