I called this office yesterday amid practically every other dentist in a 50 mile radius of Arcata, trying to find some help for a developing and very painful toothache. The receptionist who took my call was by far the most considerate and compassionate response I received. While they were not able to take me in on the same day, she answered many of my questions, directed me towards a center that was able to take me in, and then called me back the next day just to check in and see if I had any luck! It's apparent to me that these people working here are willing to go above and beyond for the care of their patients, nor did I ever feel like I was being solicited for business. Wonderful place.. I had a hurting tooth issue, they took me in at a moments notice, when several other places refused me.. The staff is amazing and the dr was caring and awesome... Experience there was excellent..

Dr. Adrian and staff are wonderful. I had a broken/infected tooth and I was seen the next day. Great care and concern expressed by everyone at this office. I will be coming back here for all my dental needs.

Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of dentistry. Top of the line imagery equipment. Excellent hygiene with added purification system to eliminate germs within the office. The staff are all wonderful people. Kind, courteous and helpful with great people skills and, good humor. Very personable. Dr. Adrian, as he’s called, is professional to a tee. He thoroughly explains what’s going on, your options and his honest opinion of what will best serve you, while appreciating and respecting all situations and, your personal decisions. His work is meticulously done, with the best standard materials available. He’s a perfectionist so, you can be rest assured that you will be satisfied. What a change from the cold uncaring staff at many medical institutions in Humboldt. Dr. DUMITRESCU and his secretary especially, went out of thier ways to accommodate our dental energency. We were treated with respect and . After a day of calling many dentists and receiving no help they were a God sent. Since Doctor Dumitrescu took over Retired Doctor Roberts’ practice, I’ve found him to be very Professional, Knowledgeable, and Friendly. As always his staff are great people who are both caring and friendly. The work he has done for me has always been the very best, and his personal interactions show a sincere concern for his Patients.

Wow he diagnosed a bad tooth and pulled it? Roll out the red carpet now! I inherited this dentist when the previous dentist retired. Dr. Adrian treated me like a lephorous appendage that needed to be cut off. He was very negative about any work done by the previous dentist, and wanted to remove $10,000 of work from my mouth without even looking at it. He refused to remove acrylic peice in my mouth that was causing me illness. I was told that they would set appt. For me but later found out i was lied to, there was no appt. Then they made me wait another month and a half. When i came in he made a passive agressive joke about how i didnt really have an appt. Ha ha. So he removed the acrylic in my mouth and put an acryllic temporary tooth in. When the assistant asked him if he wanted to use composite instead he stared at the ceiling for 5 seconds, said acryllic, but didnt bother to consult with me in the matter. I have since switched to an amazing dentist who was kind of baffled looking at the temorary tooth dr adrian put in and removed it immediately. I also had a septic route canal that was causing me illness and Dr Adrian didnt bother to check me out. He would rather lecture me than do his job. A negligent dentist or doctor can ruin ones life. 5 stars! Very sweet and attentive staff. The Receptionist, the Assistants, & Dr. Adrian himself are uncannily good at making your experience as comfortable as possible. No sitting around waiting in a chair, they are too quick!

Was very satisfied. Was able to walk in and be seen extremely quickly. Diagnosed my tooth and was able to extract it that day. I called around 8am and was out of the office by 10am. Extremely professional staff. And willing to answer all questions. Highly recommend

Great staff, and Dr. Adrian is a great Dentist and very knowledgeable. I've had a Root Canal and some other teeth fixed, and never felt any pain or discomfort while I was there.
