I have been seeing Dr. Shastri for an issue that I have had for years. She suggested oral medication, something that was never suggested by the other doctors I had seen for the same problem. It looks like it’s working and should be resolved over the next couple months. An awesome doctor.

Very attentive, compassionate, and thorough.

I saw Dr. Shastri today August 19 and I am extremely pleased to be under her care. My first impression is that she is a very professional and honest person who sincerely cares about the patient. Norma at the front desk is absolutely great, she is very professional too, welcoming, understanding, and so helpful. Dr Aditi Shastri is the best podiatrist I have ever had ,she is very caring ,she is very detailed about letting you know what is happening with your feet .

Dr. Shastri is always on time. She is easy to talk to and doesn't rush you. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr Shastri is very professional and knowledgable. She was willing to listen and then share her recommendations for my issues. She gave me options in treatment, and listed pros and cons for each of them. Dr Shastri made me aware of what the process of recovery is, and then everything went according to plan. Dr. Shastri is a wonderful doctor. I saw her today to have a couple of ingrown toenails removed. She handled the procedure so effortlessly and quickly. Dr. Shastri was punctual and has a great bedside manner. She was thorough attentive and friendly as she went over all of the possible reasons for the trouble I was having. Dr Shastri is amazing! Not only is she a caring and compassionate doctor, but she is constantly on the cutting edge of podiatric practice. I know because I benefited from her care for a serious case of bilateral plantar fasciitis that was so bad that for many years I was either in a wheelchair or only able to walk up to 5 city blocks per day, with considerable agony involved. I had tried everything to walk normally again, to no avail: physical therapy, cryosurgery to kill the nerves that were causing the pain, the boot, steroid injections, creams, therapeutic ultrasound pills, prolotherapy, and many PRP Platlet Rich Plasma treatments. Nothing worked. Dr Shastri learned about a new method for treating plantar fasciitis that has worked a medical miracle for me. She gave me just 2 treatments of multiple Amniofix injections. They were no sweat because of her top form technique, almost no pain, honestly NO PROBLEM compared to, for example my prolotherapy injections where I had up to 20 very painful injections per foot with very little improvement, which were still worthwhile because they helped some. Dr Shastri's treatment was no sweat for me, and the 2x time I had the surgery, I was walking around the city with my girlfriend the same day. Roses. Anyway, but, the healing I have had has totally transformed my life, for the better, a rebirth. Imagine being trapped between an office chair and your bed where you sleep for about 10 years, and that was my life. No more. Now I can walk more than 8 miles per day with a little ache. Usually I have no pain, walking around the city of New York. But, a long forgotten passion of mine has been possible because of the Amniofix treatment: I can jog more than 3 miles per day and I can run a 10 minute mile. Dr Shastri has been such a blessing to me. I wish I could give her 10 stars. True, few people need the level of care I need. Excellent doctor with very good bedside manners. She treated my ingrown toenail through removal, although she notified me about the fact this procedure would cause the nail not to grow as before, but that I would have never experienced pain anymore. Procedure was painless and he was very gentle. Even after the surgery, she has always shown very close attention. Problem was definitely resolved. Office staff is very welcoming and it is very easy to schedule appointments.

Dr. Aditi Shastri performed a bunionectomy on my right foot over two years ago. My bunion was quite large and accompanied by a medium sized cyst. I had read wonderful reviews about Dr. Shasti and she did not disappoint. She had a wonderful bedside manner, and was very thorough in her approach. She patiently explained every detail of the surgery she was suggesting and gave a very realistic picture of the recovery time. Her surgical skills were as amazing. I really can't say enough about her!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Shastri. She was genuinely lovely, calm and very efficient but without rushing. I had never been to a podiatrist before and had my first corn. She took the time to explain what might have caused it and gave me tips to avoid getting any again (getting moleskin or cotton between the little toe and the next toe when wearing occasion shoes), and lovingly removed it for me while we had a nice conversation. Dr. Shastri is a kind, caring and excellent podiatrist. She always takes the time to listen to all of my concerns - a true rarity in the medical world these days. I have been a patient of hers for over 6 months, and have recommended her and City Footcare to all my friends and family without reservation.
