Dr. Adelina Dunn

Absolutely ignorant/incompetent and should have her license revoked.

Staff was friendly during my visit. The front desk receptionist was great at answering all my questions. The nurse who took me into the room was happy and friendly. Dr. Dunn was nice and answered my questions. She did ask me the same question 3 times though...like she forgot that she asked. Also, I had to ask a few times for a referral. And what surprised me the most was she never listened to my heart and lungs or looked in my ears and checked my thyroid like all the doctors that I have ever gone to in my 51 years on earth. I am a patient that doesn't really go to the doctors alot, so I will have to keep her as my primary care Dr on my insurance. I will just deal with specialists for care of my issues.

They never answer the phone , call back three times to try and get prescriptions filled - moving to another practice - this one is outdated and beyond slow.

I absolutely love Dr. Dunn and her staff. HOWEVER, the on-call doctor who answered my emergency call today(Dr. Kane) was extremely rude and condescending. I spoke to the operator (who was so nice) and gave her my symptoms, she said an on call doctor would be calling me. I received TWO voicemails and my phone never rang once. His number didn't even show up in my call log that he called.. His first voicemail said, "im calling from the emergency on call line and I get a voice-mail." Then he hung up. He calls a second time and my phone doesn't ring again- not even a phone number in my call log shows up again. He leaves another unpleasant voicemail saying that he will not be calling me back again and if its an emergency- go to the ER or find a CVS to get tested. Regardless of the reason why the calls didn't come through, the way he spoke to me in the voicemails wasn't ok! Youre supposed to be a medical PROFESSIONAL. I have a 100 plus degree fever and im just trying to get direction on what I should do. I called the on call line twice for medical advice- not for fun. I will wait until Adelina Dunn is back in the office before I EVER call that emergency number. If I could give zero stars I would. These people shouldn't have medical licences. They botched my TB testing-almost costing me my job and when I asked about being retested or what course of treatment i should start, they told me 'don't worry about it'. Terrifying and unprofessional! You can never get through on the phone and the office is dirty with waiting times that are absurd even if you're the only one there. Office manager Brenda is extremely rude. Dr. McKinley prescribed my husband the wrong medication his infection ended up spreading and when we called Brenda to get reimbursed for the Co pay she was talking over my husband and I wouldn't let us get our point across not professional at all. They don't care about the care of the patient they just care about collecting payments from the insurance and the patient. Office manager Brenda is extremely rude. Service is horrible they act as if money is all they're concerned about their patients can be in excruciating pain and that won't matter. Waited an hour for pain med refill. Hire a witch doctor you'd get more compassion.

I would Highly Recommend Adelina M. Dunn, a caring, contiguous, proficient, proliferous & professional experience including her referrals, will truly miss her upon retirement.

Dr Dunn is the most sincere and caring physician. She is great! I have been a patient for years. The office staff is fantastic, always helpful and polite. I have high BP, I must have office visits every 90 days to regulate the medicine.. I've never had a problem with this doctor office even after switching insurance companies 3x in the past eight years.

The doctor's are good, I really loved them. However some of the staff is less than enjoyable. I am not sure if the one girl is still there or not but she was always rude and her manors on the phone were even worse. Getting an appointment is near impossible too. And when you finally do get one you wait for what feels like an hour, you could be the only one in the waiting room and only one person is in the back, but you still wait for a very long time before getting taken back. It's really a shame because I really loved the doctor but I needed to go to a doctor I'd be able to get an appointment right away, waiting isn't always an option. The doctor's are good, I really loved them. However some of the staff is less than enjoyable. One of the questions below is how many visits I have had in the last 2 years. My answer was 0 because just over 2 years ago, I, after going to this office for decades, switched to another doctor as a result of declining service and an increasingly apathetic staff, including the Dr.

Horrible!!! From the time a made my appointment and on. I was happy that I was finally taking care of my problems which were are an ear problem that causes me to have extreme vertigo and an anxiety and depression problem Dr Dunn was VERY rude! She would not even let me finish my sentences to explain what was going on. she hardly checked me out and basically said you need an ent and a psychiatrist as soon as the word ear and depression came out of my mouth! She had no interest in helping me!
