The staff was great and extremely nice. The doctor was amazing, gave great explanations about everything I needed to know and answered all my questions with great detail. This place is very professional and I definitely recommend!

Dr. Obassi is a wonderful doctor. She cares about her patients and is very intelligent and relatable. She is trustworthy and the staff is great too; they do their best to accomodate you and help you out with whenever is needed. Highly recommend Cutis Wellness Dermatology!

Worst place to go. They make you sign a waiver that if you’re late they will charge you, meanwhile they make you wait more than an hour to see you just so they can send you back for a follow up after they charge you right when you walk in. I don’t recommend.

The doctor is knowledgeable, kind, thorough, and detail oriented. The facility is clean and organized. I was in the office a little over an hour. My diagnosis was based on a photograph. The doctor never actually saw the skin issue on my face. In addition, there was some confusion about a growth being on my arm—rather than on my calf. The doctor immediately addressed this confusion and had her staff come in to take another photograph. I was provided with a mask and asked to wear it while there at the clinic. Finally, although I didn’t use the attached pharmacy, information was clearly publicly posted advising the doctor’s husband is the owner of said pharmacy. And, the doctor was verbally transparent about this possible conflict of interest, stating that her practice is amenable to whatever pharmacy their clients choose. Very professional. A welcomed addition to the Laredo Healthcare community!

Best dermatologist ever! Not only is the staff amazingly nice, but Dr. Obassi makes sure you understand the concepts and hears you out very well. I had gone to another dermatologist prior and it went horrible! Then my mother in law referred me to Dr. Obassi and it was an answered prayer! Forever grateful for Dr. Obassi and the staff!

They have very clean facilities and friendly staff. The doctor was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanation on treatment and subsequent visits. She has a pleasant personality. I got great recommendations on skin care and detailed notes to take with me. Although they recommended the one next door I was also able to pick my own pharmacy without any questions or comments. I didn’t wait long in the lobby but I did spend over an hour in the examination room waiting for the doctor to come in. They provided some cold water for me so that was nice, but I did feel a bit dismissed. Overall not a bad experience. I look forward to my next visits. Great consultation, great bedside manner

I love Dr. Obasi. She's thorough and cares very much about her patients and their conditions. We first saw her for warts my son had on his fingers. Her patience with him was incredible because he was a very difficult patient (especially with treatments). Staff in front is very nice but do NOT recommend this doctor, the Dr charges you to buy a numbing cream from her husband's pharmacy next door aside from what you're already paying for procedure to be done in office which is NOT cheap. Something I think they should tell patients before they show up for appointments. I spoke to staff several times before confirming appointment and not once was it mentioned abt buying a $30 numbing cream, because according to staff the numbing cream doctor uses isn't as strong as the one they prescribe u to buy next door, when asked what laser they'd be using for a very small area of discoloration on upper lip,they couldn't tell me , they also couldn't tell me name of the procedure amd according to staff they had no info on it either ????‍♀️ they couldn't tell me how many sessions I'd be needing but they try to sell u a package of 3 or more, nor did they have any type of info on the procedure to provide me beforehand. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC Unless you have all day to wait. I waited one month for this appointment, which I scheduled first thing in the morning. I figured I would be in and out since I was the first one in. After 45 minutes of waiting all I could hear is music blasting in the hallway, it was like clubbing music. Finally after waiting 2.5 hours I decided to leave and as I’m exiting the Dr. saw me and says she's about to go in. “No thank you” I told her and she said it took long because it’s procedure day. Which doesn’t make sense to me why schedule patients at 8am and ignore them till you're done with your work? This office needs a better scheduling system and also if you're going to get a “procedure “ done just know how unprofessional they are with their club music blasting while this is taking place.
