Dr. Raff is a Doctor that is very flawed for he has little or no morals. He was not receptive to being a good listener. Dr. Raff is very cruel and unjust in his ways. It is best to seek a Doctor that is understanding and humble. Dr. Raff is not recommendable for good health support.

As a family health counselor, I manage cases that involve strategic crisis intervention. Our medical office has professionally collaborated with Dr. Raff on challenging cases and have always found his insights, patience, and expertise invaluable, and appreciate that he takes a holistic and integrative approach.

Excellent psychiatrist. Words cannot express how grateful I feel to have found him. Not only did Dr. Raff save my loved one's life, but he also enabled us to have a life together. Superb help like this is almost impossible to find. How I wish there were more like Dr. Raff, available to guide others out of this murky realm of mental illness. I will cherish my fortunate discovery and hope others will be able to make the same. Appointments with him are invaluable.

Dr. Raff is an excellent clinician and diagnostician! I have referred several adolescents/families - all of whom have been quite pleased. Dr. Raff is bright, knowledgeable and empathic.
