Takes his time in answering any and all questions and concerns you may have. Kind and compassionate. Very personable. I completely trust Dr Klein, he is the best!
My daughter went to see dr Klein at the recommendation of our primary care physician. She was there for 20 minutes and we were charged 1200 for her throat to be checked. They claimed she had an extended visit as well as a surgery. She did not have either. When I called to complain, I was told “that’s too bad, you have to pay.” Our insurance is not accepted so we are stuck with the full bill. This is terrible customer service and a total ripoff of consumers. Dr. Klein is a miracle worker! I can speak again after I was told it an impossibility!
I chose Dr. Klein only by reading his bio. He is a blessing along with having a humble spirit he is concerned with the health of your voice/cords. He has had so much patience with me since my surgery with him (2) years ago & even when I have concerns doing a procedure is not his first choice. I recommend him to any person because he has the empathy for singers, actors, & other profession that require constant voice use. The entire staff of voice therapist are just amazing. Brian Petty is A-1!
Fantastic Doctor! Really knows his stuff, and treats you with confidence, compassion, and kindness. Very happy I found him, he really helped me.
