Continually cancels my child's appointments staff always uses the excuse he has to go to the hospital they then give you an appointment acting as if you have nothing to do such as work and are very hard to work with to reschedule was to see Dr Fisch in March here it is October and he has canceled once again hopefully we make a connection for the November appointment scheduled. Seriously thinking about switching to another neurologist within the practice. Each time we see Dr Fisch he's in a hurry doesn't spend a lot of time with my child refuses to try other meds that I have asked about wants to stick with a med for seizures that is old I think since he thinks it works he's satisfied as it's less work for him sorry Dr Fisch for 2 stars

Dr. Fisch is great but the office staff seem to be incompetent! I shouldn't have to do there jobs for them. I've spent the last 3 months fighting with my insurance to get them to approve my medication only to find out that the MA filled out my preauthorization paperwork incorrectly and submitted it that way numerous times otherwise the insurance company would have approved my medication.
