Dr. Abhijeet Goyal

I had acute pancrititis in 2013. I was intensive care for 2 months...and the hospital for 8 months. Dr. Goyal was assigned to my team of physicians along with Dr. Patel. These 2 men saved my life..literally . Dr. Goyal stayed by my side for months , and never gave up on me. His work...saved my kidneys that were heavily damaged due to the pancreas problem .This man is simply brilliant. He truly gives his whole heart..and is a fighter for you. Do what he tells you to do. Dr. Goyal has been a huge blessing. He is kind and caring. When he enters the room, his warm smile and professional demeanor bring confidence and a sense of ease. He also believes in good nutrition over simply adding more medication. This is a great change from previous caregivers.

He was very honest with me about my options and changes I needed to make to be healthy. Very personable.

Dr Gupta is a talented, articulate and caring practitioner. I would have absolutely no hesitation in referring my own family and friends to Dr Goyal. I have confidence he will treat all patients with the same level of care and understanding he has extended to me.

I am very happy and satisfied with his care. He was able to bring my BP under control. Also a relief to know that my renal function is ok. Thank you.

I fIrst saw Dr. Goyal as a consultant in the hospital over a 1 wk period and followed up with him as an outpatient for one visit (I do not live in San Antonio so this was a visit before I returned home). I found Dr. Goyal to be very personable, professional and knowledgeable. I found his advice to be sound and would trust him for further care if it were needed. I am a physician myself (internal medicine) and if I were in practice in San Antonio I would definitely refer patients to him.
