Dr. Abhijay Prabhakar Karandikar

I tell everyone that Dr Karandikar is a wonderful, kind and caring doctor. He helped me get my life back after other doctors feared my injury and did not know how to treat me. Thanks to him and his knowledge of my injury I am able to communicate fluently and I am back to work full time and back to living my life as I did before I was injured. I am so grateful that Dr Karandikar was my doctor at this very difficult/ scary time in my life! I would recommend him to all of my family and friends!!

Dr. Karandikar takes the time to listen to your concerns and takes time to explain treatment. When explains condition and treatment to you he makes sure you understand he doesn't talk down to you he treats you like a person not a number as some offices and Dr.'s do.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Karandikar and the Backus staff. Dr. Karandikar is very knowledgable in immigration physical which can be very stressful. He was thorough with the process (any government paperwork is nightmare) and was very professional. Both the Norwich and Colchester locations are fantastic and the staff are there to help you out. The wait was typical for a doctors office and the staff were all fantastic.

Poor bedside manner. Too many questions, personal in nature, that did not have anything to do with my visit.
