Dr. Altman's concern for my welfare is very strong. She tells me what I need to hear even when it may be difficult to hear it. I had certain issues we initially addressed and worked through. It was enough of a constructive experience that I decided to continue tackling the more difficult issues I had been avoiding for years. They still aren't easy but at least I'm facing them and making some progress.
