The staff & doctor are professional, friendly & are extremely concerned with keeping everyone safe from Covid. I have been using this practice for 29 Yrs.

Dr. Cetner and his team in the back rooms are very nice, friendly and competent.... but.... the receptionists in both offices Commerce and Novi need some training how to talks and handle patients. They are always stressed, rude and they way they talk to patients is inappropriate ! What do they think they are ! They are dealing with sick people.... ! They need training on how to talk to patients . Dr Cetner and his staff are great !! They take the time to answer your questions, and make sure you are comfortable. Everyone was great !!

Dr. Cetner preformed Mohl Surgery and is very professional and friendly. The two Assistants we professional and make you feel comfortable.

The office is will organized and the personnel are very friendly. I recieved excellent care from the doctor and the nursing staff. I highly recommend the service from this dermatology office.

Dr Cetner was fantastic. My Mohs surgery went perfect. {Basel cell carcinoma}Has not returned (6 years) I came to him after other methods and doctors failed. He's the best!

Very happy with doctor center.

Very quick and helpful. Doctor was very personable.

My visit to Dr Cetner was of course for MOH's surgery, as with most visits to a doctor it's not exactly fun. Dr Cetner and his very professional and friendly staff make you feel like you are in good hands. Thank you all

Love Dr. Cetner and the staff. The only thing I would like to see improve is the wait time I've been having from appointment time to actually being seen. Otherwise, I am very appreciative of Dr. Cetner and his team.

Dr. Cetner is through and easy to communicate with. He has treated two of my sons, and I have referred my mom as well.

Easy exam. Had some spots on my face and hand frozen, one biopsy done. Doctor was very gentle and both he and his nurse were very kind.

Dr. Aaron Cetner is a very kind and gentle man. He listens to you and solves your issue quickly. He will always be my dermatologist. You don’t have to wait for weeks to get an appointment and his staff is very helpful.

For an unpleasant chore, Dr. Cetner and his skilled, personable assistants made the visit a best for me of an other-wise anxious day. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else should the need arise.

Great! Dr answered all my concerns no matter how silly my questions were. I didn’t feel like he was rushing through with my questions & then biopsy or surgery. Everyone from the front desk to nurses & dr are very friendly & great

Dr Certner is an artist. I have had a number of Moe’s surgeries and I cannot see any scares anywhere. He explains every step and is very sensitive to my comfort throughout the entire process. Very very pleased with Dr. Cetner and his staff. Top notch ???? Facility was so clean and decorated beautiful. I will be recommending this doctor and facility to anyone who may need MOHS surgery without reservations.

Would highly recommend him. He was our second opinion and came highly recommended to us in a time of need. He was so kind and patient with my 11 year old. He explained everything clearly and professionally. He was attentive to all of our concerns. The reconstruction to her ear was amazing.

Horrible, I had a minor common problem that I saw him for. He did the same treatment for MONTHS despite knowing that it didn't work and there being no progress on my issue. Wait times were insane, had to wait hours on this doctor, nurses were also rude. He charges INSANE prices per visit for a minor treatment which I could have done myself at home. Do not go to these people unless you want to go bankrupt. Absolutely awful. Horrible, I had a minor common problem that I saw him for. Excellent communication about my appointment and very quick service in the office. After a small procedure, I would've liked a little more communication about how to care for the post-procedure area.

Dr. Cetner is very personable and nice! He seems to really know what he is doing and is great at explaining the treatment. The only downside I have to seeing him is that the appointments seem to take a long time just waiting for him to come into the room. This is more a logistics/scheduling thing rather than him as a physician but it tends to be frustrating as I make these appointments before work. Dr. Cetner is very personable and nice!
